User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and shahzaibmunir ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile game Arrow Out : Big Reward (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). The Game is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly permit children to use it.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game;
• use cheats, bots, automation tools, exploits, or other unauthorized software to interact with the Game;
• interfere with or disrupt the Game, its servers, or other players' enjoyment of the Game;
• harvest or collect information about other users;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play). All purchases are subject to the store's terms and payment policies. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the store's policies. If you make a purchase, any billing questions or refund requests should be directed to the app store.

The Game contains advertising and integrates third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all software, graphics, sounds, levels, designs, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks, logos, and trade names associated with the Game are our property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or anticipated savings, arising from or related to your use of the Game. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Game in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 10, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or if we discontinue the Game. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately, and you must stop using the Game. Sections 7 through 9 survive any termination.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
